Step 1: Sign-Up

Register with Tour24 by entering your information, uploading your ID, and answering a few questions for enrollment. A credit card is needed for identity verification purposes only; rest assured, the tour is complimentary, and no charges will be applied.

Step 2: Schedule

Pick your self-guided tour date and time. Tour24 will send you an email confirming your tour and providing instructions. If you have any questions, visit Tour24’s FAQs or call Tour24 support at 888-297-7411.

Step 3: Tour

Tour24 will send email reminders leading to your tour date. Bring your mobile phone with you, and once you arrive, open the link and log in with the email you provided. Follow the instructions found in Tour24 and enjoy exploring your new apartment home. A member of our team will follow up afterward to answer any remaining questions and to help you apply for your new apartment home.
